Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Aura Wheels. We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of the day your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Free of damage, odours or stains
  • Returned with the original tags and packaging

Items we can’t accept back

  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered
  • Items damaged by not following the care guide included with your order
  • Sale or final-sale items 

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping.

Our fabrics and prints
Some Aura Wheels pieces use special fabrics, such as ones that change colour when wet, and acid-wash styles. Acid wash is a hand-finished process, so every piece differs slightly in pattern and shade. This is part of the design and is not treated as a defect. Colours on your screen may also look a little different from the real product.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at aurawheels113@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back. Please keep your tracking number.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that are lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [7–10] business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post it.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, email us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on stock. If your size is unavailable, we will refund you instead.

Cancelled or late orders
You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, please use our return process.
